From a distance all I noticed was a little white ball, brightly lit from the sun, crossing the path ahead of me. Upon closer inspection I realized it was a spider carrying its egg sac. This may be a female Wolf Spider measuring an inch in length (Body Only). She paused and froze as I approached allowing me to take a quick picture and then she hurried into the woods…
